Finding Books

Keyword Search - use when getting started and you only have broad concepts or terms

(Ex. islam and egypt or Islamic world)

Author or Title Search - use when you know the author or title of a book

(Ex. Tabari or Taʼrīkh al-rusul wa-al-mulūk)

Subject Search - use to find very specific results based on the subject words

(Ex. Women in Islam; or Islamic modernism.)

Call No. Search - use when you have a call number or want to view a call number range

(Ex. N6263.N4 M48 2012)
