What happens after I make an ILLiad request?

Your interlibrary loan request will be processed by the access services team at Lauinger Library in Washington, DC.

Frequent Status Updates in ILLiad:

  • Awaiting Copyright Clearance: Library staff are checking for any copyright issues.
  • Request In Processing: Your request has been received.
  • Canceled by ILL Staff: Your request could not be filled via ILLiad. Contact library staff for further assistance.
  • Delivered to Web: Your request has been completed and is available for download through your ILLiad account.
