The Serenity Room, located on the 1st floor of the GU-Q Library, room 1B10, is a space for GU-Q staff to relax and restore themselves, quiet their mind, body, and soul. If you like, you can also practice meditative and reflective techniques like yoga and meditation, coloring and more.
